MONI+ is a subscription that allows you to buy as many top-ups as you want without paying any service fees. At the moment you select a top-up, we will offer you the formula that best suits your needs. You can choose to subscribe or not. Once you have subscribed, you will benefit from 0 fees on all your credit call and internet top-ups.

When you buy mobile top-ups, we offer you a Moni+ subscription for £2.99 per month covering all your future mobile top-up purchases.

If you have subscribed to MONI+, you can easily consult and manage your subscription online. By accessing your MONI customer area, in the “Settings” menu, you can : - Modify your personal information, - Change your payment method, - Download your invoices, - Cancel your subscription.

The MONI+ subscription is without commitment, so you can cancel it at any time and it will not be renewed. To manage or terminate a subscription, go to the “Settings“ page of your MONI customer area and click on the tab reserved for your MONI+ subscription. Then simply choose the subscription you wish to end and click on “Cancel subscription“. You will benefit from the advantages of your subscription until the end of the current period and you will receive an email confirming the end of your benefits.

Your MONI+ subscription is automatically renewed every month, but you can cancel it at any time.
